Welcome.. I am Rick Novicki, owner and founder of AAA Home Inspections, Inc. I have been inspecting homes and estates of all sizes, villas, condominiums, townhomes and commercial buildings in South Carolina since 1993. I have a mechanical engineering background and I have been working in the construction trades since the mid 1970's.. {see personal resum'e}. I am extremely thorough and I have always represented my clients with the highest integrity.

At AAA Home Inspections, Inc., my goal is to provide my clients with the best home inspection service available. As a client you should expect a professional inspection and a clear and understandable report delivered with integrity. I provide thorough professional inspections because I have achieved many years of hands-on experience working within the various construction trades. I acquired these skills working on residential, commercial and industrial job sites for many years [see my resume], unlike many inspectors who qualify themselves after attending only a two week training course and simply passing an exam. 

I am licensed by the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission - SCRBI License #610. I am a proud member of the largest and most elite home inspection association known as InterNACHI - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am also designated as a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) based on the number of inspections which I have completed over the years since 1993.

I deliver a clear and understandable report by utilizing the HomeGauge reporting tool to format the report with text and digital photography.  Finally, we serve you with integrity.  As a professional home inspector I am an impartial observer providing my opinion based on the condition of a property -- which will probably be one of the largest investments in your lifetime. AAA Home Inspections has no financial interest in the sale of the property, nor in any repair or improvement that may be called for in the report.

Choosing an inspector to represent you should be as important as choosing the best interest rate for your mortgage. If you choose wisely, you can save some money. My experience and ability to represent you has been tried and tested here in the south for more than 17 years. I have personally inspected more than 3,000 properties and I am extremely keen in discovering and identifying problems or safety issues throughout the home or building.
